Oh... You Feel Neglected? Well cheer up, i'm back.

Yes i'm back! And i couldn't be more sorry for those of you who were anticipating my "end of spring break" blog post. I have tried to find time for everything, but clearly this isn't my highest priority.

But in any case, here I am and I couldn't be more happy to be back blogging.

A lot has gone on since the last time I was on here and I will do my best to try and include everything.

I want to elaborate more on spring break and what the rest of the trip consisted of. It was a blast. I have the best friends in the entire world and I feel that this trip brought us all closer together than we could've ever hoped for. I'm glad I have them and I don't know what I would do without them. We hit up Vegas and went to the Stratosphere to ride some pretty crazy rides. There is also a video that my good friend Jake Davies put up on his facebook page if you are interested in seeing it, it basically sums up the whole trip. Other than Vegas, we just spent most of our time hanging out at the pool and at the condo that Jake's parents let us stay at. It was a great trip that I will never forget and that I highly needed to get away from some of my stress.

Most recently, I have had pretty much the same life. I am currently on the high hunt for a job. I have been applying to a few different places but Jake and I might have a possibility of working at Progressive Finance that his brother, sister, and brother-in-law all work at. It would be a really cool opportunity to get that job together and work until we leave on our missions next January/February. Which reminds me, I had been meaning to ask everyone's opinion on where they think I will be going. So please let me know where you think i'll be going! I have been thinking about it a lot lately and I can't wait to get my call and see where I am going!

I had my senior picture/graduation portraits taken today. I just need to say that I hate taking pictures. A long, arduous process that is never fun for probably anyone. I don't like the fact that I have to stand there and act like I am happy and try to feel like i'm some good looking model sitting in the same pose for hours on end. But it will be worth it when the pictures come out yes I will be putting them up.

Well that's pretty much what I have for everyone so far. But i'll try to be a little more consistent with my posting.

Cheers

The most sincerest apologies.

I apologize for the lack of blog posts. This trip has just drained me both mentally and physically so I will post one at the end to make up for all of the days I have missed.

Stay tuned.

St. George.. Spring Break.... Day 1.

We have officially started our spring break.. My friends Jake, Parker, Clay, Brad, Ryan, and I had decided to travel down to St. George and Vegas for the week. And just for you readers out there, I am writing a post for every single day of the trip so keep your eyes open..

It was quite an eventful day one of our spring break. The day consisted of the following:

-Woke up, went to church with my close friend Parker Debenham.
-Met up with the group at Brad Beck's house where we enjoyed a nice, warm, home-cooked meal by the infamous Kay Beck... Wonderful woman.
-Hit the road with Brad and Parker for one of the most fun road trips i've ever been on. Perfect music, perfect scenery, perfect everything.
-Pulled into St. George to meet up with Jake Davies, another great personal friend, and headed to the condo.
-Got settled, went swimming, hot tubbing, and streaking through a golf course.
-To end the night, we caught frogs in a pond right by the condo entrance. We named it Kerman.

Overall, the trip has been a success and there will be more to come. Sorry there are no pictures but I will be sure to put some up tomorrow.

Goodnight all!

Can't wait for college.

Do you ever wake up and wonder if you will do a research project for someone else trying to get their masters degree? Yea I didn't think I would either, but yes. i did.

Yep. That picture pretty much sums up my day right there.

My mom is in the process of trying to attain her Master's degree in music from BYU. She has spent countless hours both at home and down at the BYU library gathering different sources and annotating (summarizing) the sources that she finds.

Her assignment was this... Find 100 sources.. yes, I said 100. Organize them, alphabatize them, and give a one paragraph summary for each source. After all of that, proofread it so there is no errors or mistakes.

The reason I tell you this is because I did this whole assignment myself, for her. She had asked me to help her type a little bit to relieve some stress that she had already been overwhelmed with before all the typing occured. So as soon as she gave me the list to type, i quickly realized that this wouldn't be a "quick type job".

I started typing after church at about 12:30 p.m. and ended up finishing just a few minutes ago at 12:30 a.m.

Yes. I spent half of a day typing a research paper that I won't even get credit for.. The only recognition I got was a few "thank you sweetie" 's from my mom. But that just goes to show you the dedication one must have to get a masters degree.

College. Bring it on.

I just wanted to personally thank my wonderful mother for giving me this amazing opportunity to type for her and get her a passing grade.

Love you too mom.

oh p.s. - She just told me that there will be another assignment that she'll need help with tomorrow.. FML.

I'm going to bed.

Loves.

Zotes

Zotes Sunflower Seeds.

The most witty, cruel, yet amazingly creative and unique sunflower seed company on the market today.
They take a whole different approach to marketing and building their brand image.. They target a whole different crowd and are comparatively "cool" in comparison to the boring "David and Spitz".

They offer different flavors that include, Beer Baked, Salt & Pepper, Garlic Roast, Jamaican Jerk.. the list goes on and on.

The reason I write this post and acknowledge Zotes is because my uncle Jason founded the company some years ago and it has really helped motivate me to look into studying business and creating a company of my own someday. I have enjoyed watching this business grow and you will see what I mean when I say it is a whole different company that takes their marketing to a whole other level.

Take a gander at this amazing company and I promise you will not be sorry if you end up purchasing some of the seeds.. They are truly incredible.

Here's to you Zotes, and all the people you have helped in making their lives more positive and upbeat!

Follow Zotes.....

My best friend

This post is dedicated to my best friend. Kayla Paige Hintze.

This girl has made my life so happy and exciting. She is beautiful, sensitive, caring, smart, and I am so lucky to have had her in my life for as long as I have. I am truly grateful for all that she has done for me and for all the memories that we have shared and all that are to come :)

I don't know what I would do without her, I could not live a normal life. She has influenced me and has shaped me into the person I am today. For all that we have been through, good or bad, I just wanted to express my feelings for her and the appreciation I have for all that she is and does. She means so much to me.

I love you kayla...
